Scott, thank you for taking the time to sit down with me. I would like to start with you explaining what the portal is?
Scott Radin
Sure Brianna. I have been building and developing business brokerages since 2001. Over the years I have had the pulse of the industry. So I did a survey of more than 1,200 business brokers and the survey results were clear. Business brokers needed a quality seller leads resource amongst other things. But leads services was at the top by far. So, I built this membership that allows them to run unlimited on demand leads campaigns under a single membership enrollment and fee.

What makes you the expert and why should other business brokers enroll in membership?

In 2001, a former associate of mine and I built the first independent business brokerage training and support model. So, I am generally regarded as the pioneer in making business brokerage what it is today. I currently work with over 500 business brokerages in six countries. My team and I are always conducting analytical research, buyer & seller surveys and mystery shopping brokers. We bring tremendous value to an existing business brokerage.

Why is protecting the confidentiality of the portal members so important?

It is simple. The vast majority of members are associated with a franchise or similar model. These franchises discourage their brokers from using third party resources. But, at the same time, these brokers are not happy with the leads services or support provided by their provider. So I work in the shadows for the members.

It is my secret that I show business brokers how to get his or her BizBuySell listings at the top of Google search results and even above the paid ads. This costs nothing because it is not paid advertising rather a specific optimization technique. Based on feedback, it increases buyer interest by 30%.

You push the Buyer Network on members - why?

Our professional Business Buyer Network has over 6,000 motivated and qualified buyers nationwide. These are buyers looking for the right business regardless of the area. They will relocate or remotely run the business. Recently a broker closed a deal with one of these buyers and walked away from closing with a $186,00 commission.

Can you explain how you support the members?
Scott Radin
Sure. All members are encouraged to use me as another support resource. I make myself available 24/7 to answer any questions from members. There are very few, if any, who bring more experience and expertise to brokers. I also offer my carefully crafted video library for any member who wants them.

Scott, thank you for taking time to do this. What is one thing you want to say to the readers?
Scott Radin
I am only asking for a one time $500 membership fee plus small success fees. It is not very much for the services provided. Unlike other leads providers, all leads are exclusive to you. I will not accept multiple brokers in a market so I only have one person as my go to per area. The membership has a 100% satisfaction rate. Last, we are not a marketing company rather we are highly experienced business brokerage support services by industry leaders.
