Scott, thank you for the time to sit down with me. Let's address the elephant in the room of some potential brokers. You have been the target of numerous anonymous attacks online from extortion websites to fake social media pages. Can you give clarity to the readers?
Scott Radin
Sure. I am an easy target because I basically created the business brokerage industry as it is today and, my competition does not like me because I offer more than they can. Then there are others whom I have trained as brokers who failed because they did not follow the process as trained then just thought they could get their money back. I don't give money back for failure. If they didn't meet any of the guaranteed terms in my agreement, then that's on them.

It seems ripoffreport.com is the main site people attack you on why is that?

Because they allow you to place anonymous attacks without identifying yourself. And this slander cannot be removed.It is nothing but an extortion website. National news have already exposed them as such. Most people see this site as an extension off the dark web not a consumer resource.

In follow up, have any of them actually identified themselves by standing up to these online attacks?
Scott Radin
Not one. And I invite them to then silience. It is pure slander and / or extortion. They are just noise to me and need to be viewed as nothing but frivolous attacks.
ACQUIRION
What is one main thing that you want to tell anyone seeing these vicious attacks and fake posts?
Scott Radin
If someone is not willing to stand up to their words and statements then what does that really say? No name indentifier and no proof. And I might add, those that recognize it as slander automatically gravitate and want to work with me because I do not back down from it.
ACQUIRION
Have you had people decline to purchase brokerages because of it?
Scott Radin
Yes there have been a few. But these are people who don't do their due diligence or even speak with me about it. They would be a failure as brokers anyways so I don't sweat it. Funny thing is that those who do almost always have negative stuff about them online too. It's pure hypocrisy. If you are going to judgre me based on this anonymous slander then be sure you aren't a victim yourself. But if you are, I will help you.

What is the craziest one that you have seen?

They are all crazy but two come to mind. First, the fake Facebook page has to be the nuttiest. Someone built a Facebook page where I am supposedly braggng about scamming people. The next is more general. I am often associated with businesses that I never owned or worked for. It cracks me up.Honestly, not everything on the internet is true. Please do your homework or speak with me about it.

Is it true you help other victims?
Scott Radin
Yes all of the time. Between therapist and advisor, I get them past it. Since these postings generally cannot be removed, I show them how to use them to their advantage. I also advise attorneys with clients under online attack.

Scott, thank you for taking time to do this. What is one thing you want to say to the readers?

It is management 101. If someone complains but cannot back it up then it means nothing. In all of the attacks I deal with, not one has provided any proof nor identified themself letting others contact them. It is not a negative to me because it helps me weed out those that I do not want to work with. If you have concerns then contact me. I, unlike these creeps, do not hide. And I am internationally recognized for doing so. Last, those believing it needs to do due diligence on themselves - they'd be surprised what they find.
